We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for private chef services and events. Cooking workshops typically require one week's notice. Meal preparation services can often be arranged with shorter notice depending on our schedule.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We regularly work with various dietary requirements including allergies, intolerances, religious restrictions, and lifestyle choices such as vegetarian, vegan, or specific nutritional protocols. All menu planning includes thorough discussion of dietary needs.
What equipment do I need for meal preparation services?
We work with your existing kitchen equipment. Basic necessities include a functioning stove, oven, refrigerator, and standard cookware. If your kitchen lacks specific items needed for planned meals, we can bring professional equipment or adjust the menu accordingly.
Do you provide ingredients?
Yes, ingredient procurement is included in all our services. We source from quality suppliers and prioritize seasonal, local produce when available. If you have preferred suppliers or specific sourcing requirements, we're happy to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee to cover ingredient procurement and scheduling. We understand unexpected situations arise and evaluate circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Can you cater to large events?
Our catering services scale from intimate gatherings to events of 100+ guests. For larger events, we coordinate additional staff and equipment as needed. Pricing and logistics are discussed during the consultation phase.
