Booking and Reservations
When you submit a booking inquiry through our website:
- Your inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking

- A booking becomes confirmed only after we provide written confirmation via email
- Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the booking confirmation
- You agree to provide accurate information in your booking inquiry
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
By Client
- More than 72 hours before service: Full refund of any payments made
- 48-72 hours before service: 50% refund to cover ingredient procurement and scheduling costs
- Less than 48 hours before service: No refund, full payment required
By Us
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to:
- Reschedule the service at no additional charge, or
- Provide a full refund of any payments made
Client Responsibilities
When utilizing our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences
- Ensure appropriate workspace is available (for services performed in your location)
- Provide access to necessary utilities and equipment as discussed during consultation
- Notify us immediately of any changes to requirements or circumstances
- Treat our staff with respect and maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure timely payment according to agreed terms
Dietary Information and Allergies
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information about all dietary restrictions, food allergies, and medical conditions that may affect food service. While we take all reasonable precautions:
- We cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will never occur
- Ingredients are prepared in environments that may also handle common allergens
- You should inform guests of ingredients if you have concerns about their dietary needs
- We recommend consulting with medical professionals regarding serious allergies
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide services with reasonable skill and care but make no warranties regarding specific outcomes
